INFORMATION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FOR DEFECT NON-COMPLIANCE

Right of withdrawal

If for any reason the Consumer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can proceed with the return of the entire order or only partially, by selecting the items to be returned during the return procedure.

If the Consumer has received the product, he must return it to Mr. Christmas without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days. The risks and direct costs for the return of the goods, as well as the proof of this, will be recovered from the Consumer. The courier must be directly responsible for the return of the goods with relative costs to be recovered from the Consumer.

If the Consumer makes the request for withdrawal, the payments he has made will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered, as well as with the exception of price and any additional costs relating to customizations referable to the Products and related services), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from when Mr. Christmas receives the communication to withdraw.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless a refund is requested on a different method of payment. In this case, the Consumer will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from the different means of choice. The refund may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the Consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The Consumer will be responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from different manipulation than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and tags unchanged and attached to the product), not accompanied by the original packaging and the guarantee certificate, if present, the Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods and will be entitled to a refund of the equal amount to the residual value of the product.

To this end, the Consumer is invited not to manipulate the goods than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of them and to cover the original packaging of the products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protect during transport even from writings or labels.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT FOR DEFECT OR NON-COMPLIANCE

Seller warrants that the Products are free from defects for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products to the Consumer, provided that the relative defect is communicated to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days of discovery. The application of any warranty is excluded in case of use or washing of the Product that does not conform to that of the Product.

Once the damage has been ascertained, the Seller will send the replacement product.

When Mr. Christmas has received the receipt of the electronic form and related documentation, it will evaluate the defects and / or non-conformities reported by the Consumer through the after-sales service and, after having carried out the quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the product, it will decide whether to authorize the repair of the products under warranty where possible or the return of the products themselves by writing you a reply, via e-mail to the address provided by the Consumer during the registration process on the Site or during the order transmission phase.

Authorisation to return the Product/s in no way represents recognition of defects or non-compliances, whose existence shall be ascertained after receipt of the goods by the Seller. The products for which Mr. Christmas has authorized the return must be returned by the Consumer, together with a copy of the return authorization notice within 14 (fourteen) days of reporting the defect or non-compliance, to the address indicated above.

In case of defects and / or non-conformities, you will be entitled to have the product restored to conformity by Mr. Christmas, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.

If Mr. Christmas has undertaken to refund the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, by the same payment method you used when purchasing the product or by bank transfer.
